Saved date less than one day

Good morning, something very strange happens to me. I select a date from the calendar and it is shown right. When I click on "Save" I enter the date less than a day. How is it possible ?

This is a Joomla issue. You can stop this from happening by setting the Joomla and PHP timezone to UTC. You can find some more information on it in a previous post .

I changed Joomla to UTC and PHP was already set to UTC. When I save a date, it shows correctly in the database and in the list view. But the form view still shows a day earlier.
