It is true that the OS Training videos are mainly focused on helping unexperienced people create components. We are still working on creating documentation, prioritising those topics that people request here in this thread.
While we are still working on creating documentation, people can always send a ticket through our ticket system or ask for help on this forum. Please keep in mind that this is a community forum.
About the tickets you send, we replied to both your tickets requesting support several days ago. Have you checked your spam folder? Maybe they got sent there.
