Editor of component not working

Hello guys, recently I build and installed my new component in joomla.. all was good but when I save information added in editor this not working good (I dont use default editor of joomla).

How to fix? I use editor Bootstrap Editor

I know this thread has some weeks on it but I still thought I'd share my experience in case it helps. I know nothing about the editor you speak of, however, if you download the free JCE editor you can use it with any components you select. I use it with my components and it works quite well. You can create a front-end profile for your front-end users giving them access to only the WYWIWYG toolbar items that you wish. For example, no editor buttons below editor field, no toggle html, no code view, etc.
