Potential Customer Question

Hi

Though Ive worked with Joomla for many years, Im pretty new to working on core DB stuff, so please forgive my ignorance is this is easily explained.

Ive got a project, to build a database system for property rentals. Im fine with creating Tenant & property tables. But they also need it to subtract rent due each month from a balance field and notify them by email.

They also need an annual notification of Gas certs etc.

Is this sort of funtionality possible using your platform?

Thanks for getting back to me.

Thats a shame, as I've tried out just about every platform I can find now for component creation and yours is by FAR superior in many ways, and seems to be the only one that gives clean, fully Joomla compatible code.

I realise this isn't directly related to standard support, but if I was to subscribe and use your platform what would you think the best way would be to automate these proccesses? I was thinking of some php to subtract the property rental value, on the day pf each month that the rent is due, from the tenants balance. all triggered by cron daily.

How I would do email notifications I havent worked out yet.
