Finds an update for an extension

Signature

        $eid = 0,
            [integer
        $cacheTimeout = 0]] )

Parameters

$eid: Extension Identifier; if zero use all sites
$cacheTimeout: How many seconds to cache update information; if zero, force reload the update information

Returns

boolean: True if there are updates
