VAT Exemption form not working was created by Hugh Douglas-Smith
Am trying to submit the VAT exemption form but it is not working, tried on Firefox and on Chrome (both on OSX) all fields appear to be completed.

Certain browser extensions or add-ons can conflict with form submission. Temporarily disable any extensions you have installed and try submitting the form again. Open the official site browser's developer tools by pressing F12 (or Command+Option+I on Mac) and navigate to the "Console" tab. Look for any error messages related to JavaScript. If you find any, it could indicate a problem with the form's code.
