Hi all,
I'm a big fan of CC 3.0 and was wondering if you have a roadmap/timeline for when you'll begin supporting Joomla 4? There's a development branch over on GitHub now , but I haven't seen a release date yet assigned for Joomla 4's official release.
If possible, I'd love to start using Component Creator to get a jump start at making new Joomla 4 components, but I'm not sure when you plan on introducing compatibility for the new routing system etc.
Thanks and keep up the great work!

Hello Ian,
We can't provide a timeline for that until Joomla 4 has some beta/rc version. In development branches many things can potentially change, so we will wait until a final (although not stable) version is released.
Kind regards

Hi Xeless,
we are focused on improving the current JCC version. We are keeping an eye on the update to 4.0 so we can start the migration once a beta comes out. Our intention is to be able to release JCC 4.0 a little bit before Joomla 4.0 is out.
Best regards,
Jamila Cisse

Hi,
any news about Joomla 4 support?
I have also created a component with CC3. Installing the component in an Joomla 4 environment, I get the error "0 Call to undefined method Joomla\CMS\Installer\Adapter\ComponentAdapter::get()". Finally, it's not possible to install the component. There is also a Warning "JInstaller::Install: Can't find XML setup file." Maybe this helps.
Thx
