Table is not created when installed was created by Bruce Tad Osborn
Install my component on new Joomla 4 instance and it failed to install the data table. Any suggestions to resolve?

I have exactly the same issue. I've taken an existing Joomla V3 component, and re-exported it as a Joomla 4 component. It looks like the SQL install scripts do not get run. There are no errors reported, and the backend component gets correctly displayed, but as soon as you try to add a record it fails.

I think that it’s a PHP issue. I downgraded to 8.0, from 8.1 and all was well
