Form Submittal Failing

Hi,
  I have two components created here on Component Creator installed on the same site. 

For no apparent reason one of the forms no longer works. The submit form button just seems to do nothing. 

I have reviewed and compared the two components code, I see nothing wrong. 

Wondering if anyone else had this experience. 

I think it may be a javascript/jquery conflict, but don't really see how one could work and the other fail.

The component with the problem is:   com_ccorder_system


com_cft_requests is also installed on the same site and is not having any issues.

I did some css styling to the order system, perhaps after the last joomla update the two things working together have caused the problem.

  Thank you. I think this problem may have started after the last Joomla update. I will see if I can get an old copy of the website and do some testing and get back to you afterwards. Thanks for your help,
