The table and field setup system you have is extremely good. About the only thing missing is the ability to export a database modelling diagram with entity relationship links. I use screen shots to help in this regard... but not ideal.

Yes, after the post yesterday I revisited what was available, and was going to share my enlightened find, and guess what, I was beaten to the punch. Only issue with workbench is, after reverse engineering the SQL, you have to do all the relationship linking manually. But hey, better than a poke in the eye with a blunt stick.
