Looking to hire a Joomla code mentor

I am kind of new to Joomla coding system and is trying to learn to code using the Joomla MVC system. I am thinking of hiring a Joomla coding mentor for some of the things that I am missing. I am tired of looking around the internet for answers and wasting time not finding any good clear answers. I have been using Joomla for years and would like to contribute back to helping others.

I have used Component Creator to created some simple component and it has really saved a lot of time. I need to add the missing parts to get my components to function and look the way I need them to.
